PRAXIS SIGNS WITH ARRAY HEALTHCARE FACILITIES |

| HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA – Praxis today announced the signing of a new project agreement with Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions to provide web site redesign services from March 2006 through July 2006. Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions was founded in 1983 to offer a full complement of planning and design including advisory services, healthcare planning, architecture and interior design. Array provides strategy-driven solutions to the healthcare facilities market exclusively, and brings experience in several specific healthcare building types. Praxis will provide integrated communications services to promote the company’s product brand through web content, interactive design, creative services, search engine optimization and project management services. The initial agreement is phase one of a proposed series of activities designed to increase awareness of Array in the marketplace and the familiarity of the services it offers. |
