PRAXIS SIGNS ANNUAL AGREEMENT WITH EXTREME BROADBAND ENGINEERING |

| HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA – Praxis today announces the signing of an annual agreement with Extreme Broadband Engineering to provide integrated marketing communications services from February 2005 through January 2006. Extreme Broadband was founded in 2003 to design, manufacture and distribute unique broadband (cable and fiber optic) amplifiers, splitters and other “drop passive” devices used the cable television and telecommunications applications. Extreme’s president, Jay Shapson, started this new company on the experience and success of earlier ventures in the same market. Praxis will provide integrated communications services to promote the company's product brand through web content, search engine optimization, channel communications, public relations, product collateral, and interactive sales presentations. The annual agreement follows a period of project activities that Praxis had provided to Extreme Broadband in the prior six months. |
