PRAXIS RENEWS AGREEMENT WITH KINGSBURY, INC. |

| HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA – Praxis announced today the renewal of an annual agreement with Kingsbury, Inc., the world leader in the manufacture of specialty bearings for turbomachinery applications. Praxis will provide integrated marketing services to support the brand's growth, including traditional and electronic media advertising, sales support collateral, public relations, trade shows, and channel communications. Praxis will serve the core new product brand, the Repair & Service Division, the Magnetic Bearings Division, and the Messinger Bearings brand. Kingsbury was founded in 1912 by Albert Kingsbury, the inventor of the fluid film bearing technology. Kingsbury's invention made possible the growth of the modern electric utility industry by carrying thrust loads from hydroelectric generating machinery not previously possible using rolling element technology. The Kingsbury company’s perception and preference have benefited significantly from Praxis’ careful application of brand-building strategies. In 2006, Kingsbury’s sales are expected to be more than double those of 1992, when Praxis first began as the company's agency of record. |
