PRAXIS INKS MULTI-PROJECT DEAL WITH VERTISPACE |

| HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA – Praxis announced today the completion of an agreement with VertiSpace, a new brand of Canam Steel Corporation, to provide marketing services to support this new startup. Praxis will develop brand positioning and produce a variety of collateral sales tools, direct marketing materials, on-line inquiry forms, distributor communications, and media advertising. Praxis has also been retained to assist the company’s marketing director with media relations. VertiSpace was formed by the previous marketing director at Schmidt Structural Products Company, a long-term client of Praxis Communications. Praxis was selected not only for its experience in the trade, but for a demonstrated ability to create the strategies and tactics necessary quickly and professionally. Praxis has resigned the Schmidt account as of this date to avoid a conflict of interest. |
